Christmas Review: Our Step 2 Play Kitchen + get it with 101 pieces of play food for $79 today! Posted: 09 Dec 2010 12:44 PM PST In 2005, when my daughter was 1.5, we purchased the Step2 LifeStyle Custom Kitchen. I wanted to get her a nice kitchen that would last not only her, but all my future kids and grandkids too! And I made a great choice…. 5 years later it is still in excellent shape. Nothing is broken, no stickers have peeled off. It isn’t overally scratched or dented. It could pass off as gently used! Today Walmart.com is offering a bundle with the above kitchen and 101 pieces of play food for just $79. Don’t forget to go through ebates for 2% cash back! I wanted to purchase play food that would last as long as the kitchen. Melissa and Doug makes wooden playfood sets and while they are more expensive then plastic play food, they are in really great shape! And I know my grandkids will be able to play with these sets. Here are the ones we have:
I purchase a set a year for the kids. They still have a great time making picnics and tea parties in their kitchen! Don’t forget you can sign up for Amazon Mom for FREE and get free 2 day shipping on ANY purchase. |

Disney Fund: I am adding $37.33 to it in Februrary with Ebates! Posted: 09 Dec 2010 11:46 AM PST So you have probably noticed that I have been including a snippet about Ebates at the bottom of almost every eligible post. I’m doing this because Ebates is a great way to add to your fund! You are buying the item online anyways, so you might as well take a moment to go through Ebates and earn some extra cash. I made it a habit to go through Ebates for every purchase I have made in the past few weeks. I am up to $37.33! When I get paid in February, I’ll add it to my Disney fund. If you haven’t joined Ebates yet, I highly suggest that you do. You can even earn cash back on Ebay (which I just realized that I forgot to go through it for my last 2 purchases. Darn.) If you have joined Ebates (or any of the other cash back sites), how are you doing this holiday season? Are you remember to use it? |
