On Black Friday I posted a deal on the Leapster2 for $29.99/ea that I never could get to work on the LeapFrog site. That’s why I was excited to see that they extended the sale through today – and released a new coupon code that DID finally work for me – although watch your totals – I had to go back and re-enter the code (after logging in to my LeapFrog account) to get it to work.

Head to the LeapFrog site here, and when you enter the code HOLIDAY25 you can score a Leapster 2 for $29.99. This code will also discount the Tag System to $26.24 (I did not test this out). This code is only valid through today, Wednesday 12/1/10, so if this is on your Christmas list like it was mine, be sure to grab it now!

Shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more, which is easy to hit if you add a game or Tag Book to your order.

So how is your holiday shopping going? I have purchased a majority of my items online this year due to all of the free shipping.

Last night I posted about Amazon’s 17 Days of Video Game Deals, so I decided to check out what they were offering today. Today’s theme is family-friendly titles, and it appears that most of the games listed are running around $6-15 off.

You can score Just Dance 2 for Wii for $25.99 – marked down from $39. I was actually thinking about asking for this for Christmas because I could stand the exercise…and I think my 4 year old would love it too. :-)

I also see Jewels of Tropic Lost Island for Nintendo DS for $13.99 - marked down from $19.99

Amazon: 17 Days of Deals in Video Games Promo

Amazon just kicked off their 17 Days of Deals in Video Games promotion, which runs now through 12/16/10. Each day a new themed deal will be introduced – with today’s being Disney Kids Titles. Nothing amazing jumped out at me, but I’m hopeful that we’ll see some good deals out of this promo.

Starting Wednesday, 12/1/10, the Starbucks 12 Days of Sharing promotion begins! All that you have to do is text “12DAYS” to 29943 to receive the daily offers via text.

I won’t lie…as the weather has gotten colder, my once a week Starbucks habit has increased to more like 2-3 times a week…at least I feel a little better about it knowing that part of my purchase will be going toward a good cause. :-)
