The terrorists are (obviously) still trying to kill us. It also looks like they are moving away from some of the more harden and high profile targets. They could be trying to create a 'you are not safe anywhere' effect.

"A Somali-born teenager was arrested on Friday for attempting to detonate what he thought was a car bomb at a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony in Oregon, officials said.

Mohamed Osman Mohamud, 19, was charged with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction in connection with an alleged plot to bomb the annual event in downtown Portland, the Justice Department said late on Friday.

The bomb was a fake and had been provided to Mohamud as part of a long-term sting by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, federal officials said in a statement.

Thousands of people attended the tree lighting in a popular Portland square lined with shops and offices. Officials said the public had never been in danger at any time during the sting operation, which lasted months.

Mohamud was taken into custody near the square after he attempted to use a cellphone to trigger what he believed was a car bomb, according to a government complaint. He lashed out at agents, yelling and kicking them, and had to be restrained, it said."

The e-mail, which was titled "A couple things," addressed countless topics in a dense, stream-of-consciousness rant that often went on for hundreds of words without any punctuation or paragraph breaks. Throughout, the president expressed his aggravation on subjects as disparate as the war in Afghanistan, the sluggish economic recovery, his live-in mother-in-law, China's undervalued currency, Boston's Logan Airport, and tort reform.

According to its timestamp, the e-mail was sent at 4:26 a.m."

"A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of inciting religious hatred after allegedly burning an English language version of the Koran.

The 15-year-old, who lives in the West Midlands, allegedly posted the video, filmed two weeks ago on her school premises, on Facebook.

The video was reported to the school and subsequently removed, police said.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of making threats. Both have been released on police bail.

It is thought the girl, who lives in the Sandwell Council area, was allegedly filmed setting the booklet alight while other pupils watched.

Two Facebook profiles have also been removed from the site, police added."

Liberals Resort to Conspiracy Theories to Explain Obama's Problems

It can not possibly be that Obama's liberal policies do not work in the US, just as they do not work anywhere in the worlds, the Republicans are somehow sabotaging the country to bring him down. That must mean the American people who just swept the Democrats aside in the midterms are similarly trying to sabotage themselves to make sure Obama does not get reelected. Beyond being incredibly insulting ... paranoid much?

Antihydrogen has been produced before but it was instantly destroyed when it encountered normal matter.

The team, reporting in Nature, says the ability to study such antimatter atoms will allow previously impossible tests of fundamental tenets of physics.
